What makes PURE unique?

PURE is the only place of its kind in the Treasure Valley offering a “one stop” center for guiding our clients to optimal health and image enhancement. With a village of caring providers and a nurturing environment, we offer health, image and lifestyle services that combine the efforts and skills of practitioners from varied health and wellness disciplines.

We utilize a 360-degree approach by integrating five disciplines to achieve lifestyle and well-being goals: Medical, Nutrition, Fitness, Life Balance, and Spa.

For all of our Aesthetic-Image Enhancement services, we are especially proud to provide each client with a complimentary, 1-hour skin analysis and consultation for all aesthetic procedure patients. During this session, we utilize high resolution digital photography and UV photography to analyze your skin. We then strive to educate our clients on how best to improve their skin and to maintain those improvements.

At PURE we focus on setting realistic expectations in regards to the outcomes of each treatment, and we never attempt to sell our clients any service or product that will not benefit them.

The level of personalized customer service that our customer will experience is unparalleled. We do not put everyone in one-size fits all plan. Based on the staff experience/education, cutting edge therapies and products, we take the time to customize a treatment plan for every client based on the client’s goals and needs.

What is a Medical Spa?

The word MedSpa, or Medi-Spa has recently become a popular name for an aesthetic center that is, in many ways, a cross between a traditional day spa and a doctors office. Most MedSpas provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments performed by medical professionals such as physician’s assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical aestheticians, etc. Many of the treatments provided at a MedSpa require advanced level practitioner supervision and are not available at traditional days spa. This allows MedSpas to offer more aggressive, more effective, and more thorough treatments. Many MedSpas do also include spa services such as facials, waxing, light chemical peels, etc. Most medical spas utilize a variety of lasers and intense pulsed light technology to treat aging and/or damaged skin as well as permanent hair removal. Additional services offered at medical spas may include Botox®, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, micropigmentation (permanent make-up), etc.

Appointments

Although we would make every effort to assist walk-in clients, it is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that we can meet your requests for a preferred date, time and therapist. All appointments must be made by calling the clinic during business hours 208.853.PURE (7873). Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your first appointment with us to fill out new client in-take forms if you have not previously filled out your intake forms on our online patient portal.

Confirmations

We will make a courtesy call and email to you at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment as a reminder, but we do ask that you assume the responsibility for remembering your appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives us enough time to fill the slot. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Late Arrival Policy

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

10 minutes late- you will receive a phone call.

15 minutes late- you will be rescheduled, and possibly be asked to pre-pay for future services.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Refunds

There are no refunds on opened products or unopened unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by our Medical Director and/or Management.

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.

There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the Client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

Service Providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.

Clothing

Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. Our professional staff respects your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable.

Physical Concerns

Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions should be discussed with our physician or providers prior to your visit.

Your Comfort…

If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please do not hesitate to advise your service provider. They will appreciate being able to make your visit more comfortable.

Shhh

We respectfully request cell phones be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you.

Children

Minors are always welcome for treatment when accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed consent form. Childcare services are not provided on site and out of respect for all of our guests, we ask that children do not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.

Gratuities

Although gratuities are not customary for clinical treatments, they are appreciated for our spa services such as facials and waxing. Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation to our staff for providing outstanding services.

Payment Methods

Payment is due for all service when rendered. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of beauty to that someone special! Gift cards are and available for purchase in any denomination over the phone or at the clinic. All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Referral Rewards Program

We truly value your business and understand that the highest compliment you can pay us is the referral of your family and friends. When referring someone to our clinic, simply complete our referral form and when the referred client presents this certificate to us, both the referring client and the referred client will receive a $50 credit towards any of our services excluding massage, and waxing. This program is our way of thanking clients for their continued trust and confidence and to recognize the vital role they play in helping our skin care business continue to grow.
